The McGuires

One of the best things about this job is welcoming clients back year after year, and getting to see how everyone has grown and changed. It’s such a cool thing to get to experience. Not to mention it also feels great to know that they want to see me again! 😉 I shot the McGuires for the first time last year and I was so happy when Maria reached out again. The only downside was the chill in the air (for the second year in a row! 🙁 ). Luckily, mother nature was no match for Jack and Kate, they were both still full of energy and cuteness!

Thank you Matt and Maria for coming back for more! And.. third times a charm, next year it’s going to be 65 and sunny, I just know it! 😉

The Feinendegens

Well, all the giggles and smiles ahead should hopefully hide the fact that the weather for this shoot was RIDIC. Repeated sun showers quickly morphed into a dark gloomy sky way too early in the day. But the Feinendagens were seriously troopers. I mean, I’m pretty sure I looked a mess by the time I left them but they all still looked as good as they walked in!

So, I’m starting to see a theme in three children families.. the older kids adore and completely dote on the youngest (earth to the Spinazze children!! Get with the program!!) and Rachel and Ben were no exception. They were so stinking cute with Kevin. Then again, look at that face, how could you not be!? Rachel was especially adorable, she played the mom role to her little bro like a pro. At one point when Maggie had to run back to the car, I was helping Kevin along, holding his hand and Rachel was all, ‘you can let go, I got this…’ LOL LOL LOL

Thank you Maggie and Eric for making it through this crazy day with me AND reminding me of this AMAZING photo spot!

The Cummings Family

Yea for new friends becoming new clients! Since my boys started preschool we’ve met so many new people. And sweet (and gorgeous) Sophia was one of the first names we heard about. So I was more than excited when Jen reached out to have family photos taken. With handsome and giggly JT and adorable little Rose rounding out this trio of perfection I knew it was going to be a good afternoon 🙂 Turns out I was underestimating! It was AMAZING! The weather was beyond perfect and everyone was on their A game. I think one of the best things about this shoot was seeing how all of the kids interacted with each other. Not only are JT and Sophia the best of friends, constantly giggling with each other and goofing around, but the love that they have for Rose is truly heart melting. Jen and James, if this is just a day in the life, I’m real jealous! 😉

Thank you again for letting me spend the afternoon with your beautiful family of five! And the boys thank you for giving them access to numerous photos of Sophia 😉

James Cummings - Liza, these are spectacular! thanks so much for a great day and some wonderful memories!

The Webers

Where has the time gone!? I’ve known Whitney and Matt for some 12+ years now?? I can’t even believe here we are all of these years later and you guys have 4 kids!?!? Crazy.. and wonderful. But the one thing I could have predicted is that a couple of lookers like you two would make some real cuties 🙂 Life is so crazy for all of us these days that we definitely don’t get to see as much of each other as I would like. So even if it means I have to torture your children for a couple of hours, I’ll take it we get to hang for a bit! 😉

As you look at these pictures and think to yourself how beautiful this family is, here’s some food for thought… This wonder mama got all four of these kids and herself ready and out the door (and showed up early!) all on her own while Matt took a four hour road trip home just in time to show up for this shoot (leaving only enough time for a quick stop at the Gap so that giant baby James didn’t have to wear an outfit two sizes to small for him :P) And that’s parenting with four kids folks!

Enjoy! I know I did!

The Morkes Family

I was so happy to be back shooting the beautiful Morkes family on such a gorgeous day. Actually this is the second time we’ve been blessed with great weather. For Maeve’s newborn shoot we were lucky enough to be able to snap some pics outside too. Back to the present… Brady was as cute as ever, that smile, those curls, I can’t… and Maeve is obviously adorable and such a sweetheart. The way that girl’s face lights up for her mama is beyond heart melting…

Love love loved this day and how every one of these images turned out. Needless to say I’ll be anxiously awaiting the Morkes Christmas card this year 🙂
