The Leones

The last time I saw the Leones, Jim was not just the man of the house, he was the ONLY man in the house..  Well, not anymore!! Since then these guys were blessed to welcome sweet baby James to their family. And what a better way to warm up a house in these cold winter months then lots of new baby snuggles 🙂  It was such a pleasure to meet James and get to see you guys and your beautiful girls again! And… to be shooting in the warmth of your house instead of outside in the rain on a 40 degree Fall day 😛

Congratulations on your newest addition. You’re sure to have some crazy but wonderful months ahead as a family of five (plus Bea)!!

Mi Familia

Finally caught up around here and getting around to organizing all of my personal Fall photos. This year we decided to juxtapose two things my kids LOVE and HATE, the pumpkin farm and taking pictures 😛 But really, it was such an awesome day and I think my kids and nieces would agree that the fifteen minutes that we made them pose in the pumpkin patch did not completely ruin it 😉

The Shane/Staker Family

Talk about a big beautiful family! I’ve shot the Stakers before, and I’ve shot the Shane littles before but I’d never had the pleasure of shooting the gang all together. And it was just that, a pleasure! So much love between all of these peeps and it definitely shows. We started off with some big ol’ group shots, then forced Charlie (the oldest cuz) to take a few pics with his brother (oh no, cooties! 😛 ) and we finally wrapped it all up with a little fam shoot with the Shanes (hands down most cooperative children I’ve ever shot, including my own!).  Cal and Joan how blessed you guys are to have all of these adorable, funny, little and not so little grandchildren running around!!

And just like that my crazy Fall photo season is officially slowing down. I couldn’t have hand picked a more fun group to wind down with so thank you Stakers and Shanes! I’m glad you were willing to come from both near and far to spend the afternoon with me 🙂

The Morkes Family

We almost went through with this shoot on one of the few miserable, gloomy, rainy October days we’ve had and at the very last minute we called it. I (pretty sure Cara and Dave will agree) could not be happier we did because the reschedule day turned out to be one of the most beautiful days I’ve shot on this Fall. Add the adorable Morkes family and it’s a win all around. I always love to see what Cara will come up with for our shoots. The props, the clothes, the snacks… her game was on point! 🙂

Good news, better news here Cara and Dave… Good news is we have lots more adorable pics of your littles to add to your walls. Better news is you don’t have to see me again (professionally at least 😉 ) for another year! 😛
